N+X Modular UPS

N+X modular UPS, power module 20/30KVA/3U, single cabinet supports up to 10 power modules in parallel up to 300KVA, single cabinets can be connected in parallel up to 4, and the maximum power is 1200KVA. Each power module has an independent DSP control unit. Once a power module fails, it will automatically disconnect from the system and the system can continue to operate.

Modular UPS uses a double conversion online structure, including rectifier, inverter, charger, control circuit, input and output and battery connector circuit breaker. Input power factor compensation, etc. All modules can be hot-swapped online to provide the highest level of availability and maintainability.

A control module failure will not affect the normal operation of the system. The control module can be replaced online with hot-swap, and the parallel connection of the power module is also centrally managed by the control module. It runs according to the unified parallel parameters. A power module failure can automatically exit the parallel system without causing harm to the entire parallel system.

The modular UPS system uses an independent static bypass module and does not use multiple static bypass structures to avoid overload damage caused by uneven current of multiple bypasses when switching to bypass. The output voltage accuracy of the module parallel connection is±1%, and the parallel circulation current is <1%.

The static bypass module only contains the static switch of the bypass, but not the static switch of the main circuit output. Therefore, when replacing the static bypass module, it will not cause the system to be powered off or switched to manual maintenance bypass. Online hot-swap replacement can be achieved in battery mode.
