System debugging and preparation

Before leaving the factory, NICEA 20AH-110V DC Distribution Panel has been fully tested and adjusted. Nevertheless, considering the unforeseen factors that may exist during transportation, a detailed inspection is still required before formal operation. It is recommended to use a resistive load for trial operation first, and then connect the battery and load after confirming that the performance of the charger and the operating voltage of the feeder cabinet meet the standards. The potentiometer in the equipment has been adjusted according to the specifications. Do not move it unless necessary. If adjustment is required, please contact the manufacturer.

Packaging, transportation and storage guide

Professional packaging: Use a fully enclosed packaging box that is moisture-proof, dust-proof, and mechanically damaged, and the battery is packaged separately.

Safe transportation: Avoid severe vibration, impact or inversion to ensure product safety.

Proper storage: The equipment should be stored in a ventilated and dry environment, away from high temperature, dust and metal powder, and take rain, moisture and sun protection measures.

Battery storage: Place in a dry and ventilated environment with a room temperature not exceeding 25°C and a humidity not exceeding 70%. Long-term storage requires regular charging and discharging, and Vaseline protection.
