System adjustment:

Before leaving the factory, 220V DC Distribution Panel 65AH/18 Batteries have been tested and all working points have been adjusted. In principle, the user unit can use it after unpacking. However, there are unforeseen factors that cause failures during transportation. Therefore, it must be carefully checked before it is officially put into operation. After the inspection, you can first use a resistive load (such as a resistor, electric furnace, etc.) for trial operation. When the performance indicators of the charger and the operating voltages of the feeder cabinet meet the requirements and the electrical components operate correctly, the battery and load can be connected for formal operation. All types of potentiometers in the equipment have been adjusted according to the specifications before leaving the factory. No adjustment is required unless necessary. Packaging and transportation

1. Packaging: The packaging material should be a fully enclosed packaging box that is moisture-proof, dust-proof and not subject to mechanical damage. The battery should be packaged in a single cell;

2. Transportation: The product should not be subjected to severe vibration, impact or inversion during transportation;

3. Storage: After the equipment is purchased, if it cannot be put into operation immediately and needs short-term or long-term storage

4. The equipment should be stored in a ventilated and dry environment, away from places with high temperature, dust or metal powder. The storage place should have rain, moisture and sun protection measures;

5. The battery should be stored in a dry, ventilated indoor environment with an ambient room temperature not exceeding 25℃ and a temperature not exceeding 70%;

6. For batteries prepared for long-term storage, normal charging and discharging should be performed every six months. After cleaning the surface of the battery in the discharged state, evenly apply a layer of vaseline on the battery pole, nut, metal pad and jumper board, and store it in a ventilated, dry room at a temperature of 25±10℃.
